POP THE KETTLE ON

Exchange Coffee have coupled up with another Lancashire based business for a very exciting new kind of brew!

Exchange Coffee who have 3 roasting shops in Clitheroe, Blackburn, Skipton and Coffee Bars at Todmorden & Blackburn Markets are excited to announce they have recently collaborated with Cockerham based brewery, Farm Yard Ales and produced a brand new orange tea, Infused Saison!

General Manager, Richard Isherwood tells me: “We’re really excited about this product, it’s something very different, we think people will love it!” Look out for the modern orange designed label ‘Pop The Kettle On’. It was launched on the 11th February.

Exchange Coffee have been roasting coffee for over 30 years they are both a coffee shop and a wholesalers. Richard tells me: “Things have changed dramatically since we started, we have to be versatile and constantly adapt. At the moment we are concentrating on how we can reduce our carbon footprint”

From the end of the month they will be offering a reusable cup scheme where customers can pay £1 for a Correto Cup and save 10p off the price of the drink.. Then, they can either bring it back for re-use or get their £1 deposit back.

Exchange Coffee Company have also recently installed 36 solar panels at the wholesale Old Chapel Roastery and now have two electric vehicles, which are emission free, reducing our carbon footprint.  One is being used by one of the engineers and the other for local deliveries.

Pop into your nearest Exchange Coffee shop have a bite to eat and try one of their 35 different coffees or 70 loose teas… don’t forget your cup!
